- Andrew Purdon Director, CBRE
Andrew is a Director in CBRE’s Development team and focuses on the outer Boroughs of London. He has in excess of 15 years’ experience in the property industry which includes roles in private practice and with a regional development/investment business. He specialises in mixed use development projects and provides consulting, sales/acquisition and funding advice to a range of clients including institutional investors, corporates, private individuals and developers. His current portfolio of projects has a combined land value in excess of £500m.
- Blane Perrotton Director, Naismiths
Blane is a Director of Naismiths, and the National Lead for the Project Monitoring Service Line. Blane is based in London and heads up the South region teams. He is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and chartered Civil Engineering Surveyor, specialising in Funder Due Diligence advising Banks and Funding organisations on real estate projects. He is a dedicated and passionate professional who is adept at using his skills to provide valued advice to funding organisations.
- Iain Thomas Partner, Head of Real Estate Finance, DWF LLP
Iain heads the Real Estate Finance team at DWF LLP, one of the UK's largest national law firms with offices in 10 locations across the UK and Ireland. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Iain has acted for a wide variety of lenders and borrowers in connection with the financing of real estate across all asset classes and has earned recognition for his practical and commercial approach to development funding.
- Rod Lockhart Managing Director, LendInvest Capital
Rod Lockhart is Managing Director of LendInvest Capital, the funds management and advisory arm of LendInvest, the online mortgage lender created to bring technology to the £1.2 trillion UK mortgage market. LendInvest Capital was originally established as Montello in 2008 in response to the retrenchment of bank lending in the UK real estate market. Today LendInvest offers secured lending strategies that yield attractive and stable returns for its investors, with significant downside protection. Steve spent 26 years at RBS, most recently he was the manager of Residential Development in the financial restructuring team. He has held a range of senior roles in real estate credit, restructuring and origination.
