Auction Finance: What your clients need to know about buying and financing at auction
In our second Broker Breakfast to take place in London, Tom Madden, LendInvest and David Sandeman, EiG, will talk about how over 20,000 properties with a value of over £3bn are sold at auction each year across the UK and how, due primarily to the tight timescales required on completion, mainstream lenders can’t cater for this market. This is where auction finance specialists, who understand the process, the requirements and can deliver on time can step in with short term financing options.
